It has been FOUR years since I paid the Mack Firm to assist in settling my mother’s estate. She owned mineral rights in Virginia and as my mother lived in Ohio as do I, my attorney was not licensed to file out of state documents. In January 2021 I was assured that all documents had been filed and the transfer was complete. That was NOT TRUE and as I type this in 2024, the proper documents have NOT been signed by a judge and have NOT been filed in the required two counties. So basically Mr. Mack fattened his bank account and my mother’s estate is NOT settled.
